Interesting cooking stations present an extensive spread of Kampung cuisine and with a cycle of six (6) rotating menus, Chef Baskaran Nayar, Executive Sous Chef as well as his team promise more than 60 enticing delicacies daily on its Ramadhan line-up.



Aseana’s lavish spread offers authentic Malaysian delicacies prepared by our Malay Chef, Rizuwan Ahmad and Sous Chef, Nasron Kasiman. The amazing presentation includes old time favourites like Kerabu Nangka Muda, Gulai Kambing, Ayam Sharwarma, Lemang dan Serunding, Daging Kerutup, Sambal Kerang, Kari Ketam, Roti Jala dan Kari Ayam, Rendang Daging Minangkabau, Kerabu Kacang Panjang Seafood, Sambal Udang Galah, Kacang Goreng Berserai, and many more.
 
To add variety to the huge buka puasa fare, the hotel has also incorporated action stalls to serve dishes that will leave you wanting for more. See chefs in action while they prepare your favourites dishes from the freshest produce.
